I am an, Executive Chef. I have over 17 years of experience in Richmond, Virginia Restaurants. I have worked Festival Style Events and Catered Private occasions for many years. My travels around the world in the military has giving me a taste of many cuisines to enhance my business.
After serving in the US Army from 1982 - 1992 I began honing my culinary skills in Monterey Ca. I have had the pleasure of learning from awesome Chefs from around the world. My work in Richmond began at River City Diner in Shockoe Bottom and quickly escalated to Executive Chef at establishments such as Big Daddy's Nightclub, BPM Martini Lounge, After 6 Supper Club, BT's Deli, and Juicy Lucy's Gourmet Burger Co. These endeavors have brought me full circle to wedding events at the Beacon Theater, Stone Soul Music Festival and Oysterfest in Urbana.
