A life long dream of Claude "Chef DC" Summers. After leaving the military in 1992 he came to Richmond, VA. to pursue his dream of cooking and owning his own establishment. Having worked in some of the city's finest restaurant with a variety of cuisines. He finally fell in love with smoking various foods.
